Tulsa, Okla.-based IPA 100 firm HoganTaylor LLP (FY23 net revenue of $70.9 million) has announced Josh Larkins as CIO and Heather Fuller as Chief People Officer, both effective Jan. 1.
Larkins joined the firm in 2003 and previously served as IT manager and director of IT. In his new role as CIO, Larkins will lead the technology initiatives, driving innovation to enhance efficiency, reduce risks and improve client experience.
Fuller joined the firm in 2018 and previously served as human resources director. As CPO, Fuller will lead initiatives focused on leadership development, employee satisfaction and fostering a collaborative workplace culture, using data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
