Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Sikich (FY23 net revenue of $363.8 million) announced that CFO Ryan Spohn has assumed the title and additional responsibilities of COO, effective Jan. 1. He also serves on the company’s board of managers.

Spohn has served as Sikich CFO for the last six years. His new role enables holistic decision making for both finance and operations; improved efficiency and streamlined communication; and enhanced strategic alignment between financial strategies and operational goals, a boost to the company’s broader strategy.
