Greenville, S.C.-based IPA 100 firm Elliott Davis LLC (FY24 net revenue of $189.2 million) has added three new principals to the firm’s health care leadership team. These leaders bring deep expertise across both the health care and private equity industries, positioning the firm to further expand its health care practice:
- Bucky High joins the firm as health care practice leader. During his career spanning over two decades, High has provided services to private equity-backed, privately held, not-for-profit and publicly traded health care organizations.
- Buck Freeman brings 18 years of experience in the Nashville, Tenn., health care market to the firm’s growing practice. Freeman specializes in health care company audits across ownership models, including private equity-backed, privately held, not-for-profit and subsidiaries of publicly traded companies.
- Jayme Parmakian joins the firm as Nashville tax practice leader. She brings over 20 years of experience working with private equity-backed health care and health care information technology companies. Her specialties include value-added tax services related to mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, compliance, and federal and state tax planning.
