Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firm KSM (Katz Sapper & Miller) (FY23 net revenue of $144.9 million) announced that ValueKnowledge LLC has joined KSM, effective Oct. 21. This transaction augments KSM’s growing business valuation practice and adds an experienced team led by Jim Krillenberger and Andy Stebbins, who join the firm as managing director and director, respectively.
Krillenberger, ValueKnowledge’s founder, brings more than 25 years of experience in business valuations and is looking forward to this merger. “KSM’s reputation and client-centered approach make this a natural and exciting next step for ValueKnowledge,” he said. “The alignment of our teams allows us to combine strengths and seamlessly continue to serve our clients while offering them expanded services and solutions.”
