Chattanooga, Tenn.-based HHM CPAs has announced that Clint Pearson has joined the firm and been admitted as a partner in its Memphis, Tenn., office.
Pearson brings with him almost 30 years of extensive experience in taxation and accounting. In his role, he will provide clients with advisory services on tax restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax-free mergers, and other tax planning matters. He will also play a role in leading teams and providing guidance on complex accounting issues.

Prior to joining HHM CPAs, Pearson served as the MP for tax in Tennessee for BDO USA.
