He has extensive experience serving technology and life science companies, most significantly within the software and pharmaceutical sectors.
Darcy, partner in the private client services group, has been an integral part of KLR, making substantial contributions to the tax practice, particularly with larger high-net-worth clients. He has extensive expertise in assisting individuals and businesses with tax preparation and planning, specializing in IRS and state tax matters.
