Amanda Garner has been named president of The Growth Partnership, effective July 1. Garner, who has led the organization’s outsourced marketing practice for 23 years, will be responsible for the operations and strategic direction of the organization.
Julio Gonzalez, founder and CEO of Engineered Tax Services and Engineered Advisory, parent organization of The Growth Partnership, shared, “As we continue to grow our community of offerings to elevate the accounting profession, it is great to bring Amanda’s leadership to the helm of The Growth Partnership. She has a demonstrated track record of seeing the big picture for the profession and we are excited to see the practice continue to grow and thrive under her leadership.”
She takes the place of former president and founding shareholder Jeff Pawlow.
“Amanda has clearly dedicated her career to the work that we have done at The Growth Partnership and will certainly continue to lead the practice in a great direction,” Pawlow commented.
Garner has been a cornerstone of The Growth Partnership’s growth and success, consistently delivering innovative growth strategies and results for the practices’ clients. In addition to leading the practice’s outsourced marketing function, she is a regular speaker at accounting conferences, a leading faculty member of The Partner Institute – the firm’s leadership training program – and a coach to nearly 200 accounting firm managers and partners around the US. In her new role as president, Amanda will manage operations and guide strategy for The Growth Partnership’s offerings.
