Naperville, Ill.-based IPA 100 firm Sikich (FY22 net revenue of $316.4 million) announced that Cameron Petroff has been promoted to chief marketing officer and Kelli Schweder has been promoted to chief of staff.
In May, Sikich announced that it had secured a $250-million minority investment from Bain Capital, maintaining majority control of the company while accelerating its growth strategy and enhancing operational excellence. These newly created roles are critical to that strategy as the company continues to grow and gain market share, the firm announced.
“When we announced our partnership with Bain, I said that we were gaining meaningful resources with which to advance our mission and deliver on our value proposition to employees and clients,” said Sikich CEO Chris Geier. “Cameron’s and Kelli’s mandates are essential to that promise and the success we envision for our people and our clients in the long term. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both of them for many years and look forward to supporting them as we approach the opportunities ahead.”
Petroff has more than 20 years of experience leading global services brands and has led the marketing function at Sikich for nearly seven years, prior to which he served in a variety of marketing capacities at BDO and Deloitte. Schweder has nearly 20 years of experience and most recently led corporate strategic projects for Sikich.
