Reading, Pa.-based IPA 200 firm Herbein + Company Inc. (FY22 net revenue of $46.5 million) announces that Gary Vickrey, a recognized leadership development and business transition expert, has joined the firm to lead its newest leadership division.

With extensive experience advising family-owned businesses and major corporations in various industries, Vickrey brings a diverse perspective to Herbein. While he specializes in the selection and development of senior leaders throughout the world, his most recent area of focus is in constructing and implementing leadership development academies for leading organizations. Vickrey also is actively involved in executive coaching and development, conflict management, rewards and recognition, and public speaking.
Joining Vickrey are Mackey Smith, vice president of talent and strategy consulting, and Stacy Vickrey as manager of assessments and logistics.
