San Jose, Calif.-based PP&Co (FY22 net revenue of $20.6 million) announces the appointment of Phuong Mayer as CEO.
Mayer brings a wealth of experience and a steadfast commitment to advancing the accounting profession and fostering sustainable career opportunities in public accounting, the firm (formerly Petrinovich Pugh & Co.) announced.

Mayer’s journey to CEO has been deeply influenced by her background as a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam, who arrived in the United States with her family as refugees. Her experiences growing up in Oakland and her relentless pursuit of the American dream have shaped her perspective and fueled her determination.
