Dauer will spearhead expanding the Smith + Howard family of companies by identifying new service offerings and markets, as well as fostering strategic partnerships. Dauer is a seasoned leader in driving business growth with a 16-year tenure at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), during which he played a pivotal role in elevating the company’s revenue from $350 million to over $1.8 billion.
