Stambaugh Ness’ Ownership and Leadership Program complements the firm’s anticipatory approach to future growth needs and provides employees with elevated leadership opportunities. As a result of this expansion, the firm has a total of 37 owners representing its 200+ employees in 30 states, enhancing its capacity to deliver exceptional services to clients across all 50 states.
