Los Angeles-based IPA 100 firm HCVT (FY23 net revenue of $245.5 million) announced Janet Shepard joined the firm as a business management partner and co-leader of the firm’s client accounting services (CAS) practice.

Shepard brings extensive executive and financial leadership experience across the entertainment, manufacturing, publishing, real estate and technology industries. She began her career in public accounting before transitioning to private industry, where she specialized in restructuring underperforming companies through rapid cash flow and profit improvement strategies. Shepard has provided both interim and full-time CFO services and advised closely held businesses and their owners on financial planning matters, supporting all facets of business operations.
