Albuquerque, N.M.-based IPA 200 firm REDW Advisors & CPAs (FY23 net revenue $49.6 million) announced the appointment of Diana Gibson as its first-ever director of client success. In her role, she will be responsible for fostering strong, enduring relationships between the fast-growing national firm and its clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional value from the wide array of services REDW Advisors & CPAs offers. “For more than 70 years, REDW Advisors & CPAs has been committed to embracing new ideas and providing trusted expertise,” said Kerry Prine, the firm’s COO. “As a result, what was once primarily a tax and accounting firm is today an array of integrated, multidisciplinary advisory services – including software solutions, wealth management, human resources consulting, forensic & dispute advisory, business valuation and cybersecurity. With the comprehensive suite of business advisory services and support that we provide today, we needed a veteran leader to help ensure we exceed client expectations across all lines of business. Diana will be an invaluable asset as we continue to evolve the ways in which we serve our clients around the globe.”

“After spending over a decade leading client success initiative in fast-paced, high-growth environments, I knew I wanted my next chapter to be deeply meaningful – both professionally and personally.
