Fargo, N.D.-based IPA 100 firm Eide Bailly LLP (FY24 net revenue $704.9 million) has acquired the firm Hamilton Tharp LLP of Solana Beach, Calif. (FY23 net revenue $3.6 million). With this addition, Eide Bailly has established its first office in Solana Beach and further expanding its presence in Southern California.
With more than 45 years of experience, Hamilton Tharp has built a strong reputation in the San Diego area for personalized service and specialized knowledge in tax planning, trust and estate consulting, family office solutions and accounting.
