H&CO Welcomes Joe Feeley as New President of Human Capital

Coral Gables, Fla.-based IPA 200 firm H&CO (FY23 net revenue of $38.7 million) announced the appointment of Joe Feeley as the company’s new president of human capital, effective immediately. In this strategic role, Feeley will oversee all aspects of H&CO’s human capital division, with a focus on enhancing staffing capabilities, streamlining payroll operations and driving scalable growth across the organization. 

Feeley brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and human capital strategy, having built high-performing teams and led transformational initiatives for some of the world’s leading staffing and accounting firms. His career began in accounting after earning his degree from the University of Alabama, before transitioning into recruitment and talent leadership.
