IPA 100 firm CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) (FY23 net revenue of $2 billion) has announced that North Bethesda, M.D.-based IPA 300 firm Dembo Jones CPAs and Advisors (FY23 net revenue of $24 million) is joining the firm. The move, which expands CLA’s already robust presence in the D.C. market, is part of CLA’s plan to grow by $1 billion through acquisitions over the next five years.
Dembo Jones, which transitioned to the CLA brand as of May 1, has provided businesses, government agencies, organizations and individuals with thoughtful, accurate and diligent accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services for more than 70 years. With offices in Bethesda and Columbia, MD, Dembo Jones has more than 80 team members in roles ranging from accounting to professional services serving the U.S. Capital region.
