IPA 100 firm Forvis Mazars (FY24 net revenue $2.15 billion) announced Brian Baker has joined the firm as a managing director. In his new role, Baker will serve clients regionally, nationally and internationally, continuing the firm’s investment banking growth across the United States and around the world.
Baker has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and both private and public securities offerings. His transaction experience includes representing private, family-owned and public companies in domestic and international transactions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Baker held senior banking positions at investment banks ranging in scope from regional middle-market firms to publicly traded Wall Street firms.
“I am excited to join a firm with such a strong reputation for client service and growth opportunities for team members,” Baker said. “I am eager to help our clients understand and evaluate their strategic options and achieve their goals as they approach milestones and transitions in the lifecycle of their businesses.”
“We are thrilled to have Brian join our team,” said Scott Linch, MP for Forvis Mazars Capital Advisors. “His extensive experience advising family- and founder-owned businesses, as well as his work with larger middle-market companies, will serve our clients well. I look forward to seeing Brian bring his valuable insights to our clients at a time when we are seeing growing demand for investment banking services nationwide.”
