PrimeGlobal welcomes Jenn Walker on board as its new executive director, Americas. Walker brings a vast wealth of experience and proven track record in association leadership, most recently serving as director of services at CPAmerica.

Walker’s appointment is one of five all-female appointments and promotions in the first quarter of 2025.
Heidi Brundage has been promoted to director – member services, recognizing her leadership in enhancing collaboration, knowledge-sharing and best practices across our global membership. In this role, Brundage will continue to drive member engagement, oversee key platforms and programs and support business development, ensuring firms receive the guidance and resources they need.
Sofi Wehncke has stepped into the role of director – Latin America, further strengthening PrimeGlobal’s presence in the region. Her leadership has played a crucial role in deepening senior-level connections and increasing engagement, with Latin America now leading in member satisfaction at 94%. This new position will allow Wehncke to build on this success, driving greater collaboration and support for firms across the region.
Recognizing the importance of talent development as a member priority, Bridget Sivewright has been promoted to training & development manager. This refined role consolidates critical training initiatives, aligning with PrimeGlobal’s strategy to support professional growth.
LaCardia Knowles joins as membership coordinator – North America. She will play a key role in supporting the North America COPs, while also taking on responsibilities such as managing NA referrals, monitoring community forums and overseeing NA webinar management. She will be working closely with the team to further enhance PrimeGlobal’s support in North America.
