Monroe Shine Celebrates 100 Years of Excellence and Appoints Phillip D. Beaman as New President and CEO

Louisville, Ky.-based IPA 400 firm Monroe Shine (FY23 net revenue of $10.42 million) marks its 100th anniversary this year. Monroe Shine also announces the appointment of Phillip D. Beaman as the firm’s new president and CEO. Beaman takes over this leadership role from outgoing president and CEO, S. Butch Shaw who remains with the firm as a shareholder, where he continues to work with a variety of business clients, individuals and not-for-profit organizations.
