Emily Totten Joins KSM as Director of Transaction Advisory Operations

Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firm KSM (Katz Sapper & Miller) (FY23 net revenue of $144.9 million) announced that Emily Totten has joined the firm as director of transaction advisory operations.

At KSM, Totten will play a key role in driving operational excellence, optimizing team performance and supporting the group’s continued growth. With a strong background in operational management, Totten will help ensure the transaction advisory processes are both efficient and scalable, aligning with the needs of a dynamic and expanding client portfolio. She will also work closely with leadership to uphold KSM’s organizational culture, fostering seamless communication and alignment across the team.

Prior to joining KSM, Totten spent seven years at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), where she most recently served as vice president of strategic operations. Her leadership in business excellence, vendor strategy and cross-team collaboration helped enhance the IEDC’s economic development efforts. She has also held multiple leadership roles in public policy and government affairs and has managed research, regulatory affairs and economic development initiatives.
