Raleigh, N.C.-based IPA 200 firm Johnson Lambert LLP (FY23 net revenue of $47.9 million) announced that Andrew Cleveland and Kregg Guestin have been named partners, and Regina Lappin has been named chief process officer, effective Jan. 1.
Cleveland joined Johnson Lambert as a full-time associate in 2015, after serving as an audit intern. With extensive experience in statutory accounting principles (SAP) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), he has quickly become a trusted advisor in the property & casualty insurance space. As a co-lead of the firm’s corporate governance webinar series, he shares guidance on timely topics such as artificial intelligence, ESG and other technology advancements.
Guestin started his Johnson Lambert journey in 2015, bringing a few years of tax and accounting experience with him. A leader in the firm’s tax practice, he provides specialized tax compliance and consulting services to commercial and captive insurance companies, alternative risk entities and affiliated organizations. Guestin also plays a leading role in recruiting and training the firm’s tax team, aiming to attract and develop the accounting industry’s most talented professionals.
Lappin joined Johnson Lambert in January 2021 as the engagement resources team lead, bringing over 5 years of financial management, cross functional team building and operational process planning experience with her. As chief process officer, she will drive change management by establishing clear processes, facilitating cross functional communication and enabling efficient project management.
