Haefele Flanagan & Co. Names New Leading Partner

Maple Shade, N.J.-based IPA 400 firm Haefele Flanagan (FY23 net revenue of $11.6 million) has announced James R. (Jim) Haefele has assumed the role of leading partner. This transition marks a new chapter in the firm’s ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation and client success.

With over 25 years of experience in accounting, compliance and business advisory, Haefele has played a pivotal leadership role in fostering a culture that prioritizes both client and employee success. As leading partner, he will focus on strengthening relationships, expanding services and advancing the firm’s long-term vision.
