Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based IPA 400 firm LattaHarris LLP (FY23 net revenue of $11.6 million) announced a pivotal leadership transition that reflects its unwavering commitment to growth, collaboration and excellence. Effective Jan. 1, Chip Chaon has assumed the role of CEO and MP, succeeding Chris Overturf.
As CEO, Chaon will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, driving its growth, sustainability and reputation for quality, integrity and client satisfaction. His leadership will be instrumental in ensuring LattaHarris continues to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients and communities.
This transition also enables Overturf to dedicate more time to clients while leading the expansion of business valuation services. Under his guidance, LattaHarris has strengthened its culture, embraced innovation and navigated significant organizational and technological advancements. Overturf will remain an integral part of the senior leadership team and a member of the executive committee, ensuring continuity and ongoing collaboration.
Chaon brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to LattaHarris’ vision. A highly accomplished professional with over two decades of executive leadership experience, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in business development, strategic growth, financial management, sales and marketing leadership, risk management, mergers and acquisitions and continuous improvement.
