St. Petersburg, Fla.-based IPA 400 firm SBF Advisors (FY23 net revenue of $16.1 million) announced its merger with Tampa, Fla.-based firm Hoerber Tillman & Company (HTC).
“This merger offers us the opportunity to provide our clients with a broader range of services and access to combined resources, further elevating the value we deliver and better addressing their diverse needs,” said Sarah Hoerber, founder of HTC. As part of the merger, SBF is welcoming all HTC partners and employees.

Both firms will continue to operate under their respective brands into 2025, with no changes to contact information. The companies will explore combining branding, including a new firm name, in the coming months.
