Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio (FY23 net revenue of $420.8 million) announced its acquisition of firm Mangold Anker Phillips PLLC (MAP) of Austin, Texas. This combination enhances Aprio’s existing presence in Austin, adds new capabilities and positions the firm to deliver even greater value to clients across the region.
MAP includes 14 partners and professionals who provide tax services, business valuation, litigation support, outsourced CFO and controllership, financial statement attestation and payroll services. The MAP team will transition to Aprio’s existing Austin office located in the Balcones Office Park.
