Savannah, Ga.-based IPA 200 firm Hancock Askew & Co. (FY23 net revenue of $48.9 million) announced its Miami office has begun operating independently under the new firm name: Veridian, effective Feb. 1. Veridian will continue to offer tax, audit, accounting and advisory services to businesses, individuals, family offices and nonprofit organizations.
This milestone marks the launch of a locally driven firm founded by the Miami office Partners: Craig Armstrong, Patricia Siles, Alfredo Reynoso, Lisette Rodriguez and Mark Fenaughty. This decision reaffirms their commitment to delivering the personalized, locally-driven high-quality services that clients value most.
Under the Veridian name, the Miami office will remain fully intact, with no changes to its leadership, staff or location in the Dadeland–Miami, Florida area.
