Houston-based IPA 100 firm Weaver (FY24 net revenue of $328 million) has launched a dedicated health care advisory practice, effective Jan. 2025. Anna Stevens, the firm’s longstanding health care industry leader, will spearhead the development of the practice and expansion of services.

Weaver’s health care advisory offerings include financial reporting, valuation, internal audit and compliance services. Stevens will focus on extending the health care depth to build industry-specific consulting offerings like revenue cycle assessments, financial modeling and interim CFO services. It also includes the launch of new innovative technology platforms. The practice also seeks to hire clinicians to help the firm provide clients with deeper insights into coding, clinical documentation and operational efficiencies.
