Columbus, Ohio-based IPA 100 firm GBQ Partners LLC (FY23 net revenue of $59.6 million) announced it had acquired Cincinnati-based firm Wirth Lowe Wissemeier CPAs Inc. (WLW), effective Dec. 16, 2024.
As part of the acquisition, GBQ also announced that Glenn Wissemeier and Beth Herman will join the GBQ team as partners. The duo brings extensive experience in financial statement accounting, business and individual income tax and consulting services for businesses and its owners.
