Providence, R.I.-based IPA 100 firm KLR (FY23 net revenue $72.7 million) announced its acquisition of Sullivan Bille PC of Andover, Mass.
This merger strengthens KLR’s footprint in New England, extending services into Northern Boston, Southern Maine, and New Hampshire. With this expansion, KLR will now operate three offices in the Greater Boston area and enhance its ability to serve clients across the region.
