Warren Averett Announces 2025 New Members

Birmingham, Ala.-based IPA 100 firm Warren Averett (FY23 net revenue of $163 million) has admitted seven individuals to be members of the firm.

Amber Stout is responsible for providing guidance to both her team and clients, and she offers comprehensive advisory services to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments and optimize their growth and profitability.

Ana Goodman is responsible for overseeing the coordination of audit work with clients and the audit team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout engagements.

Charles Emert’s primary responsibilities include tax compliance, tax and succession planning, and incentives for various tax credits. He also works with clients in the construction, real estate, healthcare and private equity industries.

Chris Branch leads the firm’s Opportunity Zones program efforts and was named as one of the Top 25 Opportunity Zone Tax Specialists from across the country.

Kathy Rudder is the Service Area Leader for the firm’s Huntsville Tax Division.

Pete Loney’s primary responsibilities include tax planning and managing and reviewing corporate, partnership, trust and individual tax returns.

Rick Raleigh is primarily responsible for financial diligence for mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience with buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
