St. Louis-based IPA 100 firm Anders CPAs + Advisors (FY23 net revenue of $78.5 million) has admitted Stephanie Jones and Jennifer Sides as the firm’s newest partners.
Jones takes a leadership role on the employee benefit plan audit team and helps guide the strategy in addition to conducting all of the staff training related to multiemployer plans. “I look forward to serving as a mentor for younger staff in navigating a successful career in public accounting while maintaining a meaningful work life balance,” Jones said.
Sides is actively engaged in employee development and retention, and she plays a large role in facilitating the professional growth of employees through Anders University and other development opportunities. Sides shared, “I look forward to fostering an environment where every individual feels valued, empowered, and aligned with our shared goals. Building on my 18 years of experience shaping HR strategy and supporting the firm’s incredible growth, I am eager to contribute at a deeper level to driving innovation, nurturing talent, and advancing our strategic objectives.”
