Saginaw, Mich.-based IPA 200 firm Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Advisors (FY23 net revenue of $44.1 million) has acquired Amy Cell Talent (ACT). Effective Jan. 1, ACT will be rebranded as Yeo & Yeo HR Advisory Solutions (YYHR), with Amy Cell assuming the role of president.
