Long Beach, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Windes (FY23 net revenue of $57.5 million) has announced the admissionof Courtney Brown as partner in the firm’s tax department as of Dec 1. Brown joined Windes in 2010 and has since been an integral part of the tax practice.
