Bloomington, Minn.-based Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer (BGM) announced that Dane Boeckermann, principal and president of CPA Services, has been named the new CEO as Cory Parnell’s term comes to an end.
With over 19 years of experience in public accounting and his proven track record as president of CPA services, Boeckermann is well prepared to lead BGM into the future, the firm announced. “I am honored to take on this role and look forward to building on the strong foundation that Parnell has established. Together with our exceptional team, I am committed to driving our strategic growth plans and enhancing the exceptional service we provide to our clients.”
After 12 years of dedicated service, Parnell’s term as CEO concludes at the end of 2024. “As I transition from my role as CEO, I want to express my gratitude to the entire BGM team,” he said. “It has been an honor to lead such an exceptional organization. I am excited to see how Dane and Jason will continue to drive our mission forward, and I look forward to supporting BGM in a new capacity.”
Taking Boeckermann’s place as president of CPA services is Jason Marvin, principal and audit practice leader. Marvin brings nearly 25 years of experience serving clients at BGM across a wide range of industries, including transportation and logistics, manufacturing, and construction. “I am eager for the opportunity to lead as president and to continue contributing to our firm’s growth. I look forward to working closely with Dane and the entire BGM team as we strive for excellence in every client interaction.”
