Atlanta-based IPA 200 firm Windham Brannon (FY23 net revenue of $40.6 million) announced the admission of Laura Berry as a shareholder of the firm beginning in October 2024.
Berry has been an invaluable member of Windham Brannon since she joined the firm in 2008, and she now serves as leader of the advisory practice and a member of the firm’s operating committee.
“Laura’s leadership, dedication and commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to the firm’s growth and success,” CEO and MP Heidi LaMarca said. “Her expertise and strategic vision have contributed greatly to the expansion of the advisory practice, and her collaborative insights continue to help drive the firm’s overall direction.”
Berry draws on her extensive experience in both transactional and strategic advisory services. She concentrates on complex restructuring situations and financial due diligence, including quality of earnings analysis, for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Her public accounting career began in tax compliance and advisory and has worked with many companies ranging from large public companies to family-owned, private businesses.
