Reading, Pa.-based IPA 200 firm Herbein + Company, Inc (FY23 net revenue $52.2 million) has announced the acquisition of Wilmington, Del.-based firm Bumpers & Company, effective Oct. 28.
This acquisition aligns with Herbein’s strategic plan to expand its extensive presence by establishing its first location in Delaware, while continuing to service clients throughout the United States and worldwide.
Herbein partner and CEO David W. Stonesifer expressed enthusiasm for the merger, emphasizing the firm’s commitment to investing in the region. “We are very excited for the Bumpers team to join Herbein, and the possibilities that lie ahead are immense.
