Timonium, Md.-based IPA 300 firm KatzAbosch (FY23 net revenue $19.86 million) announces the appointment of Matthew Seipp as its new chief operating officer. Seipp brings over a decade of experience in finance, program management and client-relationship management to KatzAbosch.
