Private equity firm Unity Partners of Dallas and Chicago-based accounting business Prosperity Partners (Prosperity) announces that Prosperity has completed the acquisition of Wiener and Garg (W&G) of Rockville, Md.
W&G is led by the firm’s partners Subhash Garg and Vikesh Bansal, both of whom will remain actively involved with the business. All W&G employees will become part of Prosperity’s broad-based employee ownership program.
