IPA 200 firm Keiter of Glen Allen, Va., (FY23 net revenue of $42.9 million) has admitted four new partners. Jim Chinn, Melissa Dambach, Elizabeth Lewis and Paul Staples have all been promoted to partner as of Oct. 1.
Chinn joined Keiter in 2017 and provides tax consulting and compliance services to privately owned businesses and individual clients, with a focus on the health and medical services and real estate industries. He is a leader in Keiter’s health and medical services team.
Dambach has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax planning, consulting and compliance services for high-net-worth families and their entities. She is a member of Keiter’s family, executive and entrepreneur advisory services team.
Lewis joined Keiter in 2011 and specializes in serving large not-for-profit organizations, real estate companies and real estate investment funds. She serves on Keiter’s financial services and real estate and construction teams.
Staples began his career at Keiter as an intern in 2012 and has developed extensive experience in business tax planning and compliance and in transaction advisory consulting for clients in the real estate and financial service industries. He co-leads the firm’s cost segregation team and is a member of the real estate and construction and financial services teams.
