Reading, Pa.–based IPA 200 firm Herbein + Company, Inc (FY22 net revenue $52.2 million) announces that James Michalak has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

A seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience at Herbein, Michalak’s deep expertise and people-first approach will be invaluable in aligning firm operations with long-term strategic goals. As COO, he will oversee the firm’s production practice groups, driving efficiency, productivity and growth across the firm.
