Weaver Announces New Regional Executive Partners

Houston-based IPA top 100 firm Weaver (FY23 net revenue of $255 million) has announced the appointment of new regional executive partners within a recently revised structure of west, central and east regions.

Weaver has appointed Sindhu Rajesh as the west region executive partner, Neha Patel as the central region executive partner and Brandon Cooperman as the east region executive partner.

The firm’s reorganization enhances its strategic approach to geographic growth and recruitment initiatives across all offices. These new executive partners are responsible for driving growth within their region while fostering Weaver’s people-first culture and creating opportunities for collaboration across all offices.

“Our regional partners show a deep commitment to relationship building with colleagues and clients alike, which will be pivotal in driving our future growth efforts across all offices,” said Weaver CEO and MP John Mackel. “I am confident that their leadership will continue to drive our firm’s success, and I look forward to the ongoing development of our west, central and east regions.”

Rajesh will continue to lead the west region, where she has excelled in integrating acquired practices in Los Angeles and Pasadena, Calif. Additionally, she will maintain her role as one of the partners-in-charge of the firm’s investment fund practice.
Patel is the new leader for the central region and will also serve as the executive partner for the Dallas office. Neha has served as the partner-in-charge of IT advisory services, as well as the leader of Weaver’s INSPIRECulture initiative.
