Camp Hill, Pa.-based IPA 300 firm Boyer & Ritter (FY22 net revenue of $20.8 million) announces the firm’s leadership transition as Lisa Myers becomes MP. This change marks a several-years-long transition plan to ensure the firm’s ability to meet client needs. Robert J. Murphy, who has led Boyer & Ritter as its CEO for the last 15 years will continue as principal over the next year on a part-time basis.
Myers, who became the firm’s COO in 2022, commented, “Under Bob’s thoughtful and visionary leadership, Boyer & Ritter has grown into a regional leader, well positioned for continued success.
