Braverman Named EisnerAmper’s National Leader of Transaction Advisory Services

New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper (FY22 net revenue of $614 million) announced that partner Michael Braverman has been named the firm’s national leader of transaction advisory services (TAS) and leader of forensic, litigation and valuation services (FLVS) at the firm’s New York office.

With more than 35 years’ experience, Braverman specializes in transactional consulting, litigation services, arbitration, auditing and complex accounting. He primarily advises law firms, private equity firms, and public and private entities. 

He is a leading professional in both buy- and sell-side M&A transaction diligence and structuring as well as forensic investigations and commercial litigation/disputes. His expertise extends to SEC, the Department of Justice, and other regulatory enforcement actions, financial and fraud investigations, complex commercial litigation, purchase price and post-acquisition disputes, accounting and auditor malpractice, damage/lost profits, and financial statement restatements. Michael has served as an expert witness, consultant and neutral arbitrator in numerous matters.
