ORBA Expands to Salt Lake City, Welcoming Experienced CPA Darin Fullmer

Salt Lake City-based IPA 200 firm Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams (ORBA) (FY23 net revenue of $42.3 million) announces the opening of its first office outside the Midwest in Salt Lake City. This expansion aims to better serve ORBA’s growing number of corporate and high-net-worth clients in the western United States, the firm reported.

“ORBA’s No. 1 focus is serving the needs of our clients. We continually ask ourselves what we can do to strengthen our relationships with them, and we believe that providing the best client service possible is our utmost purpose,” said Joseph A. Odzer, CEO of ORBA. “Opening a Salt Lake City office helps us to better serve our clients who live and operate their businesses in Utah, and it also provides us with the opportunity to serve the growth occurring in this part of the country.”

Managing the new Salt Lake City office is Darin Fullmer. “Darin’s expertise, character and knowledge of the Salt Lake City market make him a perfect fit to serve our clients in the region and elsewhere,” said Odzer. “He is an excellent addition to our firm, and all of our clients will be better served with Darin as a team member.”

Fullmer added, “I am very excited to join a firm of ORBA’s caliber to provide additional resources and benefits for my existing and future clients. I believe that with our combined experience with Utah and federal income tax laws, as well as our deep understanding of the needs of Utah-based businesses and high-net-worth families, ORBA and I offer unparalleled services to all our clients.”

The firm also reported that ORBA plans to continue growing its Midwest and Salt Lake City offices in the coming years, adding professionals and expanding its tax, consulting and accounting capabilities to meet evolving client needs.
