IPA 100 firm FORVIS (FY23 net revenue of $1.7 billion) has bolstered its construction industry practice through an asset acquisition of Charlotte, N.C.- based ConTech360. The strategic acquisition will further solidify the firm’s commitment to innovation and tailored client service in the construction technology sector. ConTech360’s two managing partners, Jim Wagner and Steve Maddox, will join FORVIS as managing directors. The deal is expected to close in the fall.
