ConvergenceCoaching announces the release of its 2024 ConvergenceCoaching Anytime, Anywhere Work (ATAWW) Survey. Now in its seventh edition, the ATAWW Survey remains the premier resource for examining the adoption and impact of remote and flexible work practices within accounting and consulting firms nationwide.
The survey adds two separate paths this year:
- For the firm leadership path, Convergence asks questions about firm policies and practices and is seeking only one response per firm. Please coordinate between your MP, operations manager, HR professional or other firm leaders to avoid duplicate submissions. The firm survey should take less than 30 minutes. You also can answer team member questions at the end.
- For the team member path, Convergence is interested in the impressions of talent regarding their firm’s remote, hybrid and flexible work programs. We welcome multiple team member responses and encourage firm leaders to share the survey widely within their organizations. This survey should take less than 10 minutes.
