New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick (FY23 net revenue of $920 million) has announced an expansion of its Value360 practice with the introduction of a dedicated merger, integration and carve-out services practice.
This expansion will be led by David McKee, who joined the firm along with a seasoned team of professionals, including David Morris, managing director, and four senior team members. With decades of M&A experience gained from Big 4 and other leading advisory firms, the addition of McKee and his team highlights CohnReznick’s capabilities to deliver comprehensive and strategic solutions to its clients.
