Chicago-based IPA top firm RSM US (FY23 net revenue of $3.8 billion) admits Donna Sciarappa as its inaugural enterprise client experience leader, effective May 1. With over 35 years of professional services expertise, Sciarappa brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
