PAAST and SKJ&T Merge, Strengthening Presence in South Florida

Coral Gables, Fla.-based IPA 500 firm PAAST (FY22 net revenue of $9.2 million) announce their merger with SKJ&T, effective May 1. This strategic union unites two prominent entities in the accounting realm and extends their influence across Florida.

In the agreement, SKJ&T will integrate into the operations of PAAST. The merged entities are positioned to enhance client value by harnessing the combined resources and proficiencies of both firms.
